天倫燃氣控股有限公司（01600）于2026年1月27日發布翌日披露報表，顯示公司當日以每股2.98港元的價格回購5萬股普通股股份，佔公司已發行股本約0.005%，涉資約14.95萬港元。回購完成後，公司已發行股本仍為981,885,108股，並無庫藏股結存。
本次回購根據2025年5月29日通過的回購授權進行。該授權允許公司回購最多98,188,510股，至今累計已回購5,800,500股，約佔該授權通過當日公司已發行股本的0.59%。公司確認，所有回購程序均已遵守香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則及相關法規。
