此次股息已获6月26日股东大会批准，除净日定为2026年7月2日，递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月3日16:30，股份过户登记将自7月4日至7月10日暂停办理，权益登记日为7月10日，股息派发日为2026年8月26日。
在代扣所得税方面，公司对非中国内地的非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣企业所得税；对H股个人股东，若为香港、澳门居民或与中国协定税率为10%的国家居民，按10%税率扣缴个人所得税，若为无税收协定或协定税率为20%的国家居民，则按20%税率扣缴；内地个人投资者及证券投资基金通过沪港通、深港通持股，股息红利按20%税率代扣所得税。
