中国旺旺控股有限公司（股票代码：00151）于2026年7月20日公告，宣布于香港联合交易所场内回购股份。本次回购股份数量为50.20万股，占公司当日已发行股本约0.0043%。回购价介乎每股港币3.46港元至3.48港元，耗资约174.29万港元。
公司称，本次回购完成后，截至2026年7月20日，公司已发行股本维持在11,793,094,135股，库藏股数仍为0股。根据购回授权决议（于2025年8月26日通过），公司可回购股份总数为1,180,307,113股，截至目前公司已在香港联交所或其他证券交易所合共回购12,619,000股，占该决议通过当日已发行股本的约0.1069%。
公司在公告中表示，本次股份回购已获得董事会正式授权并已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。公告由公司董事黎康仪签署。
