NPE HOLDINGS Sets 25 June 2026 Board Meeting to Approve FY 2026 Results and Consider Final Dividend

New Provenance Everlasting Holdings Limited (NPE HOLDINGS) has scheduled a board meeting for Thursday, 25 June 2026. The agenda includes approval of the consolidated final results for the financial year ended 31 March 2026 and the consideration of a potential final dividend.

The announcement, dated 11 June 2026, confirms that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ho Yu-shun will preside over the meeting.
