ZO FUTURE GROUP (2309) recently presented its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025, detailing governance arrangements, stakeholder engagement, and material assessments. The Board oversees ESG strategies, while management executes policies to align business practices with sustainable development goals. Areas covered include emissions control, use of resources, climate change resilience, and social responsibilities such as employment and community support.
According to the report, greenhouse gas emissions reached 888,879 kilograms of CO2 equivalent over the period, and total energy consumption amounted to approximately 4,523,623 kWh. Non-hazardous waste stood at 422,514 kilograms, alongside a 37,026-cubic-meter water consumption figure. Specific reduction targets are in place, including a 3%-10% decrease in emissions and energy consumption by 2025/2026. No material legal non-compliance related to environmental protection was noted.
Within social factors, there were 499 employees, 72% of them in full-time roles, and no work-related fatalities were recorded. Development and training programs addressed coaching licenses, sports nutrition, and anti-doping awareness. Measures such as anti-bribery policies and whistleblowing channels were outlined, with no significant legal cases reported. Community engagement remained a priority, illustrated by educational outreach, charitable programs, support for vulnerable groups, and accessibility initiatives for disabled match attendees.
