美佳音控股有限公司（06939）16日公告，已委聘力高企业融资有限公司为独立财务顾问，就Geehy International Limited提出的强制性全面收购要约向公司独立董事委员会提供意见。该任命已获独立董事委员会根据《香港收购守则》规则2.1批准。
公告指出，力高企业融资持有证监会第6类（就机构融资提供意见）牌照，其就有关要约的意见函件及对独立董事委员会的建议，将载列于公司与要约人稍后向股东联合刊发的综合文件内。
美佳音控股提醒股东及潜在投资者，在买卖公司股份时需保持审慎，如有疑问应寻求专业意见。
