2026年中期，中国天保集团实现营收3.69亿元，同比下降55.4%。期内经调整净亏损0.65亿元，而上年同期经调整净亏损0.35亿元，亏损同比扩大85%。毛利率由上年同期的4.8%下降至3.0%。经营活动所用现金流为0.21亿元，相比上年同期1.01亿元净流出现显著收窄。
公司销售及分销费用从上年同期的0.12百万元增至3百万元。管理费用为44百万元，较上年同期的48百万元下降8.3%，主要系成本管控力度增强所致。
业务分项
建筑承包业务营收约3.39亿元，同比下降51.6%，主要因承接的建造合同数量减少。房地产业务营收约0.26亿元，同比下降79.5%，主要系已售面积与平均售价同比下滑所致。康养业务方面，天保京北健康城项目竣工并逐步运营，实现收入约4百万元。
下半年展望
公司预计在宏观环境和行业结构分化的背景下，市政及公共基建、城市更新、康养业务等板块仍将释放发展机遇。公司将继续聚焦城市更新、基础设施建设以及康养产业，优化产业协同，推进转型升级，助力企业平稳发展。公司也将稳步推进天保京北健康城的运营和扩展，强化智慧化、专业化的康养服务体系。
