根据公司公告，OSL集团于2025年7月25日（交易时段前）订立多项协议，拟通过配售及认购方式募集资金。其中，公司拟先旧后新配售约1.01亿股，占扩大后已发行股本的13.9%；同时向WK Triangulum Investment和Brand Wisdom分别配售263.35万和671.05万股新股；此外，主要股东刘帅拟认购最多4751.8万股。配售价为每股14.9港元，较7月24日收市价17.6港元折让约15.34%。所有交易完成后，预计募集资金总额约为23.55亿港元。
公司表示，募集资金将用于以下用途：约50%用于支持战略性收购，约30%用于全球业务及新业务发展（包括支付及稳定币举措），剩余约20%用作一般公司用途。虽然此次融资显示了公司的扩张计划，但大规模的股份稀释效应导致投资者对短期内每股收益的担忧，从而引发了股价的大幅下跌。
