Prudential plc has informed its registered shareholders that it is moving to online delivery of corporate communications, including annual reports, in an effort to reduce environmental impact.

The company said shareholders can supply an email address by scanning a personalised QR code or completing a reply form, after which they will receive email notifications when new documents are available on the corporate website.

Shareholders preferring printed materials may still request hard copies, but those who do not express a preference by Mar, 14 2026 will automatically receive future communications via the website, with access instructions sent by post.

Prudential plc added that all personal data collected for this process will be handled in accordance with relevant data-protection laws and the privacy policies published on both the company’s and the share registrar’s websites.
