CHINA TAIPING (00966) announced the appointment of Ms. Na Yanfang as Executive Director of the company and as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, and Strategy & Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. Yin Zhaojun, Chairman, will cease to serve as a member of the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee. These changes take effect from September 25, 2025.
