On August 28th, CITIC Bank held its 2025 interim results presentation. Regarding corporate lending business, Vice President Gu Lingyun explained that CITIC Bank's corporate credit placement in the first half exhibited three focused characteristics: First, focusing on manufacturing to fully support high-quality development of the real economy; Second, focusing on the five key financial articles to fulfill mission responsibilities; Third, focusing on distinctive scenario advantages to create differentiated competitive advantages.
Gu Lingyun stated that in the second half, CITIC Bank will adhere to credit principles of steady operation, balanced placement, and equal emphasis on quality and efficiency, with key focus on four areas of work. Second is to continuously strengthen the customer foundation, further increase marketing and expansion efforts toward the basic customer base, strive to achieve more even risk distribution, and reduce credit risk concentration.
Third is to strengthen refined management, maintain continuous balance between volume and pricing, with key attention to risk asset weights, risk capital return rates and other core indicators, continuously strengthen business management, and consolidate the dual-excellence pattern of volume and pricing.
Fourth is to focus on the long term and strengthen reserves, accelerate formulation of major asset allocation plans, strengthen in-depth research on 30 key industries, clarify advance and retreat strategies in segmented industries, increase reserves of quality asset projects, and lay the foundation for 2026 credit placement.
