JOY SPREADER (06988) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (Deloitte) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective November 20, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint KWNG CPA Limited (KWNG) as the new auditor to fill the vacancy left by Deloitte. The appointment will be effective until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting, subject to shareholder approval via an ordinary resolution at an extraordinary general meeting convened in accordance with the company's articles of association.
