IDT INT'L（股票代码：00167）近日在公告中披露，董事会拟于股东周年大会上寻求一般无条件授权，允许公司于特定期间内购回最多相当于已发行股本（不包括库存股份）10%的股份。该计划若获批准，将涉及购回股份上限为51,998,418股。
