Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited disclosed that it repurchased 110,000 ordinary shares on 2 July 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$12.50 to HK$12.68, giving a volume-weighted average cost of HK$12.6173 per share and a total consideration of HK$1.39 million.
Prior to the transaction, the company had 409.21 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) and 17.46 million treasury shares. Post-repurchase, the issued share count (excluding treasury shares) stands at 409.10 million, while treasury shares increase to 17.57 million. The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 426.67 million shares, as the repurchased shares are being held in treasury and have not been cancelled.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved by shareholders on 17 June 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 41.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 1.07 million shares, equivalent to 0.26% of the issued share base at the mandate date. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Luyuan Group is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 1 August 2026.
