公司股东于2026年5月13日通过回购授权，获准回购股份总数为32,715,311股。截至2026年7月8日，归创通桥已累计回购3,364,500股，约占回购授权通过当日已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的1.0045%。据此，剩余可回购额度为29,350,811股。公司确认本次回购符合香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
