Tenfu Reports Next-Day Disclosure: Issued Shares Stable, Repurchase Tally Reaches 150,000 Shares

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 18 June 2026, detailing the latest movements in its share capital and buy-back activities.

• Issued Share Capital Unchanged The company’s issued share count remained at 1,082.81 million ordinary shares as of 18 June 2026, with no treasury shares held.

• Fresh On-Market Repurchase On 18 June 2026 Tenfu bought back 4,000 shares on the open market at prices ranging from HKD 2.68 to HKD 2.70 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 10,760. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• Cumulative Buy-Back Under Current Mandate Since the 11 May 2026 authorisation, Tenfu has repurchased 150,000 shares, equal to 0.0139 % of the 1,082.95 million shares in issue when the mandate was granted. The board is authorised to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares; therefore, 108.13 million shares (99.86 % of the mandate) remain available for future buy-backs.

• Outstanding Shares Pending Cancellation Across transactions conducted between 8 May and 18 June 2026, 145,000 repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. These shares, together with the latest 4,000-share purchase, will reduce the company’s share count once cancellation is completed.

No new shares were issued during the period under review, and Tenfu confirmed that all buy-backs complied with Hong Kong Listing Rules and the company’s approved mandate.
