CH MODERN D (01117) announced that effective October 1, 2025, Mr. Wen Yongping will be appointed as non-executive director and chairman of the sustainability committee. Additionally, Mr. Li Shengli and Mr. Li Gangwei will be appointed as members of the nomination committee, while Mr. Zhang Ping will step down from his role as chairman of the sustainability committee.
