中国基础能源控股有限公司（08117）7月31日发布公告称，公司董事会定于2026年8月18日11时30分在香港九龙尖沙咀东部科学馆道14号新文华中心B座5楼518室召开董事会会议。届时，董事会将： 1. 审议并批准公司及其附属公司截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计中期业绩及其发布； 2. 研究及决定是否宣派中期股息（如有）； 3. 处理其他相关事宜。
公告显示，公司董事会目前由执行董事马争女士、袁赡先生，非执行董事吉江华先生，以及独立非执行董事温子勋先生、钟展强先生和宋仁克先生组成。
