GUOFUHEE Adds Auditor Re-appointment Resolution to 2026 AGM Agenda

Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (GUOFUHEE) issued a supplemental notice for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), adding an ordinary resolution—labelled 10A—seeking shareholder approval to re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Company’s auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

The AGM remains scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026. To determine shareholder eligibility to attend and vote, the H-share register will be closed from Friday, 15 May 2026 through Wednesday, 20 May 2026 (both dates inclusive). Share transfer documents for H-shares must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 14 May 2026.

A revised proxy form reflecting the new resolution supersedes the original version; completed forms must be lodged no later than 24 hours before the AGM—i.e., by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 19 May 2026.

Apart from the insertion of resolution 10A, all other information and proposed resolutions contained in the original AGM notice and circular remain unchanged. The Board continues to comprise two executive directors, three non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors, with Chairman Wu Pinfang signing the supplemental notice dated 5 May 2026.
