新时代集团控股（00166）3月17日晚间发布盈利警告，预计截至2025年12月31日止财年将录得约8亿港元的税后亏损，而上一财年同期亏损约0.874亿港元，亏损规模大幅扩大。
公司解释，亏损增大的主要原因包括： 1. 2025年12月完成出售高运集团有限公司后，处置阿根廷油气资产产生处置亏损； 2. 加拿大投资物业在报告期内未录得公允价值收益，而上一财年曾录得约1.113亿港元的收益。
董事会同时指出，约6.7亿港元的累积汇兑亏损需在出售阿根廷业务后由外汇波动储备转回损益。该汇兑亏损源于阿根廷比索自2007年起对港元累计约99%的贬值（由约0.8阿根廷比索兑1港元跌至2025年12月的约186.5阿根廷比索兑1港元），属非经常性、非现金且一次性项目，不影响集团总权益，也不会冲击持续经营业务。
公司表示，以上数据基于截至2025年财年未經审计的管理账目及现有资料作出的初步评估，相关财务数据仍有待审核委员会审阅及核数师审计。公司计划于2026年3月底披露经审核的全年业绩。
