同方泰德（01206）19日发布盈利警告称，经对截至2025年12月31日止年度未经过审管理账目的初步评估，公司预计将录得约4.95亿至5.05亿元人民币的净亏损，而上年同期亏损约2.65亿元。按此计算，公司年度亏损规模同比扩大约87%至91%。\n\n公告显示，亏损增幅主要受以下因素所致：\n1. 市场复苏乏力及行业竞争加剧，导致中标项目毛利空间显著收窄；\n2. 部分项目执行过程中发生成本追加，进一步挤压了毛利率；\n3. 考虑项目结算周期及行业环境变化等因素，本年度计提的项目及资产减值拨备增加，对净利润造成额外压力。\n\n公司提醒投资者，以上数据基于目前可得资料的初步评估，未经审计师审计，亦未经审计委员会审核。公司完整年度业绩预计将于2026年3月底前公布。\n\n公司董事会提示投资者，在买卖公司股份时务请审慎行事。
