Baiying Holdings Group Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its Interim Report 2026 are now available on both the company’s website (www.byleasing.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board, chaired by Zhou Shiyuan, is encouraging shareholders to review the report online, citing efficiency and environmental considerations. Registered shareholders who experience difficulties accessing the electronic version—or who prefer hard copies—can obtain printed sets free of charge by completing and returning the accompanying reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8525-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive future electronic notifications and actionable corporate communications. Until a functional address is supplied, notices and documents will be dispatched in printed form only. For inquiries, investors can contact Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notification, dated 15 September 2026, reiterates that Baiying Holdings will continue to distribute corporate communications—including annual, interim and any quarterly reports—predominantly via electronic means unless shareholders expressly request hard copies.
