WuXi AppTec (02359) has revised the key dates for its 2025 final-dividend distribution, giving shareholders extra time to review the Cash Dividend Announcement and poll results released on 28 April 2026. All dividend parameters, tax arrangements and Stock Connect trading details remain unchanged; only the schedule has been adjusted.

Revised timetable • Last day of cum-entitlement trading in H shares: Tuesday, 12 May 2026 • Ex-dividend trading commences: Wednesday, 13 May 2026 • Deadline for lodging share transfers to qualify: 4:30 p.m., Thursday, 14 May 2026 • Record date: Friday, 15 May 2026 • Book-closure period: 15 May – 21 May 2026 (both days inclusive) • Register reopens: Friday, 22 May 2026 • Dividend payment date for H shareholders: Friday, 29 May 2026

Operational details During the 15 May–21 May book-closure window, transfers of H shares will not be processed. Shareholders seeking eligibility must lodge transfer documents and share certificates with Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 4:30 p.m. on 14 May 2026.

Contingency provisions If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is in force in Hong Kong between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on 14 May 2026, the transfer-lodgement deadline will be extended to 4:30 p.m. on the next business day without such warnings.

Governance note The timetable change was approved by the board chaired by Dr. Ge Li. The company reiterates that apart from the adjusted dates, all other details disclosed in the 25 March 2026 circular, AGM notices and 28 April 2026 poll-results announcement are unchanged.
