在成本端，销售及分销费用从去年同期的约2,700万港元降至约380万港元，管理费用则从2,668万港元下降至约2,182万港元，费用规模整体收缩。
业务分项
▪ 物业发展 该板块实现营收约6,508万港元，去年同期为2.19亿港元，降幅主要由于已出售物业数量减少所致。
▪ 物业投资 租金及楼宇管理收入合计约1,210万港元，去年同期为873万港元，同比增长约38.6%，主要源于部分已投入运营的项目在本期带来额外租金。
▪ 证券及其他投资 该分部无直接营收贡献，但持有的投资组合出现一定浮动亏损，本期配置规模有所调整。
▪ 贷款融资 实现利息收入约202万港元，去年同期为196万港元，同比增长3.2%，与贷款投放规模变化及利率环境有关。
