11月7日，港股光伏股盘初上涨，信义光能涨超5%，福莱特玻璃涨超4%，凯盛新能、协鑫科技跟涨。
消息人士透露，备受关注的多晶硅重组“联合体”平台正在筹划中，收购方案具体细节仍在商讨。据悉，目前规划预计成立700亿元左右规模的基金，经讨论后，将采用百亿资金撬动700亿的“承债式”方式收购。10月28日，硅料龙头企业协鑫集团董事长朱共山表示，17家龙头企业已基本同意搭建联合体，预计于2025年内完成。
兴业证券发布研报称，Q3反内卷推动硅料价格上涨，光伏主链Q3减亏已成行业趋势，光伏行业有望迎来业绩环比改善和反内卷实质性推动的双重利好，当前行业仍然处在周期底部，建议积极布局反内卷行情。建议关注供给侧改革预期及新技术变革带来的结构性机会。
