中国波顿集团有限公司（股票代码：03318）于2026年7月17日发布公告称，公司已于当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股51.60万股，回购价格介乎每股2.60港元至2.77港元，占回购前已发行股本约0.0486%，共涉及约139.03万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）总数为1,061,320,146股，库藏股数量增至19,192,000股，合计股份总数维持在1,080,512,146股。公司于2026年5月22日经股东大会通过最高可回购股份数为108,051,214股，截至本次回购前已回购股份516,000股，尚余授权约107,535,214股。公司并披露，从本次回购完成后至2026年8月16日，将处于新股或库藏股出售的暂止期。
公司确认，本次回购已获董事会正式授权批准并遵照香港联交所《证券上市规则》及相关法律法规进行。公告由公司董事王明凡签署。
