中国再生能源投资（00987）宣布，董事会已建议在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求一般性授权，以回购最多相当于公司于相关决议案通过当日已发行股本（不包括库存在内）总面值10%的股份。截至最新实际可行日期，公司已发行股份总数约为2,506,157,464股，若该授权获得批准，公司可回购最高约250,615,746股。
公司表示，回购资金拟来源于法定可用于回购股份的资金，比如可分配溢利或法律与公司章程允许的其他资金，并将在符合刊登于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及开曼群岛公司法的前提下进行。董事会认为，适时行使该回购授权有助于提升股份价值并为股东带来更佳回报，同时优化公司资本结构。公司亦强调将在认为有利于公司及股东整体利益的情况下方会决定进行回购。
过去十二个月，公司股份在香港联合交易所的最高收盘价约为每股0.203港元（2026年4月上旬），最低价约为每股0.092港元（2025年4月）。本次回购授权及相关发行授权事项将在2026年6月5日举行的股东周年大会上审议。一旦相关提案获得股东批准，公司将在遵守适用法规和上市规则的前提下行使回购授权。根据公司披露，为防止公众持股比例低于25%的法定要求，回购计划将以确保满足上市合规为前提。
