德丰宿来（08403）签订合作协议 拓展微信视频号直播电商业务

2026年8月3日，德丰宿来控股有限公司（08403，下称“德丰宿来”或“公司”）发布自愿公告称，公司间接附属公司六安德丰宿来数字科技有限公司（“德丰数字”）已于2026年8月1日与北京央央好物电子商务有限公司（“账号拥有⼈”）签署合作协议，负责运营后者在微信视频号的直播电商账号“央央好物自然本味”，合作期一年，自2026年8月1日至2027年7月31日。

根据协议： 1. 服务内容——德丰数字将负责账号的开设及推广、直播策划及执行、粉丝互动、内容制作及商务拓展等。 2. 收费模式——账号拥有⼈享有人民币100万元的保证最低年度费用；此外，双方将按账号实际直播销售的商品交易总额提取约定比例的浮动服务费，扣除上述费用后剩余溢利全部支付给德丰数字。 3. 续约权——期满后，如德丰数字履约表现令人满意，享有在同等条件下的优先续约权，须另行签订书面协议。 4. 合作伙伴背景——账号拥有⼈由中央广播电视总台间接控制，后者为中国国务院直属公共机构，受中共中央委员会宣传部领导。

德丰宿来表示，此次合作与公司在电商平台及农产品推广业务的战略方向一致，可为其新上线自有品牌“德丰真有”提供流量入口，促进资源整合与流量共享，增强公司在农食产品营销和电商领域的业务布局及市场影响力。
