Eve Energy's Subsidiary Secures Major Multi-Year Supply Deal with Fluence

Eve Energy Co., Ltd. (300014.SZ) has announced that its subsidiary, Hubei Eve Power Co., Ltd., has signed a new supply framework agreement with Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC, expanding their existing collaboration.

The agreement solidifies plans for Eve Power to manufacture and deliver 206 GWh of batteries to Fluence between 2027 and 2031. This deepens the partnership between the two companies, building on their previous successful cooperation.

Under the terms of the deal, the two parties have agreed on a committed delivery volume of 16 GWh for 2027. Additionally, the agreement reserves a total capacity of 190 GWh for the years spanning 2028 through 2031, providing a clear roadmap for future production and supply.

The execution of this agreement is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future development, securing long-term demand and strengthening its position in the global energy storage market.
