中庆股份（01855）18日发布盈利警告称，基于截至2025年12月31日止年度（“2025财年”）的未经审计综合管理账目初步评估，预计期内股东应占溢利将介乎人民币0.15亿元至0.35亿元。相比公司2024财年录得的0.40亿元，预计同比下降约12.5%至62.5%。\n\n公告指出，利润下滑主要因应占联营公司及合营企业经营亏损增加所致。\n\n公司表示，目前正编制2025财年的经审计综合业绩，上述数据尚未经过审计师或审核委员会审阅，最终结果或有调整。按照上市规则要求，2025财年经审计业绩公告预计将于2026年3月底前后发布。\n\n公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时务请审慎行事。
