现年51岁的邓锡聪拥有澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学商业会计学士学位，具备丰富的审计、财务及会计经验。其职业经历包括：1996年4月至2004年4月任Vision C.P.A. Limited高级核数师；2004年7月至2005年5月任飞捷国际物流有限公司会计经理；2005年5月至2013年4月任利记控股有限公司（0637）会计主管；2013年8月至今担任太亚（香港）有限公司财务及营运经理；自2025年3月起兼任第一信用金融集团有限公司（8215，已于2026年1月16日除牌）执行董事及第一信用财务有限公司董事。

公告显示，邓先生目前未在本集团其他成员公司担任职务，过去三年亦未在任何其他香港或海外上市公司担任董事职务，与本公司董事、高级管理层、主要股东及控股股东之间不存在关联关系，且并未持有公司股份或根据《证券及期货条例》第XV部界定的任何相关权益。
