2月21日，港股半导体板块延续强劲涨势，华虹半导体涨超8%，上海复旦涨超7%，中芯国际、英诺赛科涨超3%。
消息面上，阿里巴巴首席执行官吴泳铭表示，未来三年，集团在云和人工智能的基础设施投入将超越过去10年的总和。摩根士丹利认为，如果阿里宣布将加大AI相关投资，将进一步提升整个数据中心行业的新订单预期。微软等国际公司，因为AI开支大幅增加，每个季度资本开支都上涨。如果阿里支出增加，也可以推测其他互联网巨头将会增加支出。
国信证券认为，通过与DeepSeek等国产大模型的适配，国内全功能GPU对复杂AI任务的支持能力将得到验证和优化，有助于国内AI全产业链发展。国泰君安认为，AI竞赛加剧，产业加速发展，而芯片制造目前是中国AI产业主要瓶颈，有望随着产业链成熟逐步突破。
