近几周来，该公司面临巨大压力，因其最主要的付息优先股——Stretch——开始跌破100美元的面值，并于本周跌至历史新低。如此深的折价严重限制了Strategy发行新优先股以筹措比特币购买资金的能力，甚至可能迫使公司提高Stretch本已高达11.5%的年股息。
Strategy近期的一项决策也令投资者感到不安：公司决定利用出售普通股的收益购买比特币并充实现金储备。尽管此举有助于覆盖其优先股股息支出，却是以稀释普通股股东权益为代价。
