根据公告，公司于2025年12月29日于香港联合交易所有限公司按每股11.87至11.95港元的价格区间，回购H股17,200股，占回购前已发行股份102,511,913股（不含库存股份）的约0.017%，支付总金额约205,106港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不含库存股份）变更为102,494,713股，库存股份数增至1,073,300股。
公司回购授权于2025年6月27日通过，可回购股份总数为10,315,601股，截至目前已累计回购661,300股。公司确认已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律法规，回购事项获得董事会正式授权批准。公告由董事张大磊签署。
