翰思艾泰生物医药科技（武汉）股份有限公司（股票名称：翰思艾泰-B，股票代码：03378）于2026年7月13日发布公告披露，公司当日在香港联合交易所回购H股45,700股，占回购前公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的约0.034%，回购价格区间为每股28.48港元至30.00港元，总支付金额约132.46万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）由2026年7月10日的134,296,430股降至134,250,730股，库存股份则由1,922,400股增至1,968,100股，合计已发行股份（包括库存股份）维持在136,218,830股。根据此前于2026年6月24日获得股东大会批准的购回授权，公司可回购股份总数为13,469,683股。截至公告日，公司合计已在交易所回购股份446,100股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的约0.3312%。
公司确认，此次回购已获董事会正式授权，并已遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及相关法律法规。公告由公司董事长兼执行董事张发明签署。
