The supporting facilities project for the 300,000-ton crude oil terminal at Panjin Port's Rongxing Port Area has officially passed completion acceptance after multi-phase construction, significantly enhancing the port's crude oil loading, unloading, and transshipment capabilities while establishing an efficient and stable raw material transportation channel for the Huajin Aramco petrochemical and raw materials project.
Located on the east side of the first port basin in the western operation area of Panjin Port's Rongxing Port Area, the project encompasses five construction sections covering 19 unit projects, including embankments, pipe corridors, office buildings, dormitories, substations, nitrogen stations, and accident water pools, comprehensively addressing core terminal operations and supporting infrastructure requirements.
The acceptance process involved a review panel comprised of senior experts in port engineering, with representatives from transportation authorities and major project participants attending the verification. During the acceptance period, the review panel conducted on-site inspections across four construction sections, meticulously examining construction quality, functional implementation, and regulatory compliance of each unit project.
At the subsequent completion acceptance meeting, participating units reported on the comprehensive design, construction, and supervision processes while submitting engineering documentation and approval files. Following comprehensive evaluation, the review panel confirmed that the project quality meets design and specification requirements and approved the completion acceptance.
