中际旭创（03308）启动股份回购 首日斥资3.18亿元购回37.41万股

中际旭创股份有限公司（03308）9月2日公告称，公司已于2026年9月1日通过深圳证券交易所回购专用证券账户首次实施股份回购，买入A股374,100股，占公司当前总股本的0.0318%。本次回购成交最高价为每股870.00元，最低价为每股838.16元，累计支付金额为3.18亿元（未含交易费用），符合既定回购方案与相关法规要求。

此前，董事会于2026年8月31日审议通过回购方案，拟以自有或自筹资金回购A股，回购资金总额不低于40亿元且不超过80亿元，回购价格不高于每股1,200.00元，回购期限不超过12个月。按回购金额上限测算，预计回购股份数量约666.67万股，占总股本的0.57%；按下限测算，约为333.33万股，占0.28%。

回购股份将全部用于实施股权激励或员工持股计划。公司若在回购完成后36个月内未能全部使用已回购股份，剩余股份将依法注销。

资金来源方面，公司已获得银行出具的最高72亿元的股票回购贷款承诺函（不超过实际回购金额的90%），并已在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司开立专用证券账户。

中际旭创表示，后续将严格按照既定方案及相关监管要求推进回购，并在首次回购后、回购股份比例每增加1%、每月前3个交易日以及回购期结束等重要节点及时披露进展信息，提醒投资者关注相关风险。
