Magnum, the world's largest ice cream company, has successfully launched its IPO as scheduled. On December 8, the company began trading on three major exchanges: Euronext Amsterdam, the London Stock Exchange, and the New York Stock Exchange.
Following its spin-off from Unilever, Magnum has emerged as an independent ice cream giant, owning well-known brands such as Magnum, Wall's, Cornetto, and Ben & Jerry’s. According to Unilever's disclosures, the company's ice cream division generated €7.9 billion in revenue in 2024, with adjusted EBITDA reaching €1.3 billion, securing a 21% share of the global ice cream retail market.
Among the top five global ice cream brands by 2024 revenue, Magnum holds four spots: Wall's (€2.8 billion), Magnum (€1.8 billion), Ben & Jerry’s (€1.1 billion), and Cornetto (€700 million).
