CHINARES PHARMA (03320) announced that Ms. Zheng Guiyu has resigned as the company secretary and ceased to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective December 15, 2025.

The board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Winnie Wan as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from December 15, 2025. Ms. Wan currently serves as a manager at Fairsphere Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited and has over 11 years of experience in the company secretarial field.

Ms. Wan is a member of both the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and the Chartered Governance Institute (UK). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of London and a Master's degree in Corporate Governance from the Open University of Hong Kong (now known as Hong Kong Metropolitan University).
