GD-HKGBA HLDGS (01396) announced the following appointments, effective January 9, 2026:
Ms. Wei Haiyan has resigned from her positions as an Executive Director, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Guan Wanfei has resigned from his roles as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Zhong Junhua has been appointed as an Executive Director, a member of the Nomination Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
Dr. Qian He has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.
