Hong Kong Exchange data shows that on August 14, CREATIVE CHINA (08368) experienced a notable change in its share holdings, with a total deposit market value of 27.42 million Hong Kong dollars, accounting for 20.01% of the company's shares. The company's shareholder deposited 138 million shares into 宏智证券, increasing the shareholder's stake by 20.01%.
CREATIVE CHINA announced that, in accordance with the acquisition and under a general mandate, it issued 114 million new shares of the company on July 30, 2026.
