复星医药（02196）于2026年8月27日公告，在香港联交所场内回购21.70万股H股，约占公司现有已发行股本（排除库藏股）0.04%。根据公告，此次回购的每股价格区间介乎16.45港元至16.59港元，合计支付约358.70万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份数由540,971,500股下降至540,754,500股，库藏股数则增至1,118.60万股，总已发行股本维持551,940,500股。复星医药于2026年6月16日获得股东大会通过购回授权，可回购股份总数为5,409.72万股。
公司表示，本次股份购回遵守香港联合交易所有限公司的证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由公司董事陈玉卿签署。
