中国星集团有限公司（00326）10月20日公告，根据公司细则第155条规定，自宣派日起六年仍未领取的股息可由董事会没收并拨归公司所有。董事会提示股东及红利可转换债券持有人，以下未领取股息将于2026年11月3日16时30分前未予领取即被没收：
1. 2009年4月27日宣派的每股2港仙末期股息 2. 2011年10月21日宣派的每股3.3港仙特别股息 3. 2013年3月26日宣派的每股4港仙特别股息 4. 2018年12月18日宣派的每股15港仙特别股息 5. 2019年8月30日宣派的每股12.5港仙特别中期股息
仍未领取上述股息或尚未兑现金额单据的股东，应于2026年11月3日（星期二）16时30分前联系香港股份过户登记处——卓佳证券登记有限公司（地址：香港夏悫道16号远东金融中心17楼）办理相关手续。
公告并称，逾期未办理者的相关股息将被没收并归本公司所有。
截至公告日，公司执行董事为向华强先生、陈明英女士及李玉嫦女士；独立非执行董事为洪祖星先生、何伟志先生及戴国良先生。
