2026年7月21日，家乡互动科技有限公司（股票代码：03798）发布翌日披露报表，披露当日于香港联交所场内回购90,000股普通股股份，约占该公司当日前已发行股份总数的0.00713%。此次回购每股价格介乎1.23港元至1.26港元，合计支付金额为111,500港元（折合约11.15万港元）。
本次交易完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）为1,261,897,500股，库存股份增至21,506,000股，公司已发行股份总数维持为1,283,403,500股。公告显示，此次回购依据公司于2026年6月12日获通过的回购授权进行，该授权可回购股份总数为127,450,950股，目前已累计回购12,612,000股，占回购授权获通过当日已发行股份总数的约0.98956%。
公司表示，本次股份回购严格遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
