2026年第一季度，丽珠医药实现营业收入28.71亿元，同比下降9.73%。经调整净利润（扣除非经常性损益后）为5.79亿元，同比下降6.48%。经营活动产生的现金流量净额为8.17亿元，同比增长12.80%。
从成本结构来看，本期销售费用为7.35亿元，同比下降约8.06%；管理费用为1.33亿元，同比下降约13.25%；研发费用为1.69亿元，同比下降约21.60%，占营业收入的约5.90%。公司表示，一季度营收波动主要受流感及呼吸道感染发病率回落、部分集采品种价格体系调整过渡、以及原料药板块订单季节性影响所致。

公司在抗病毒颗粒和诊断板块的呼吸道相关产品受流感等疾病整体发病率下降影响，收入同比略有回落；部分纳入集中带量采购的品种正处于调价过渡期，短期对相应产品销售造成一定影响；原料药业务也因客户订单的季节性波动出现一定程度调整。公司表示，未来将进一步优化成本和客户结构，加快创新产品的放量，以强化经营韧性和风险抵御能力。
