据CNBC引述瑞幸联合创始人兼首席执行官郭谨一的表态，2020年因财务造假丑闻从美国退市的 瑞幸咖啡 (Luckin Coffee)正准备重新在美国上市。
超越星巴克为内地最大咖啡零售商
瑞幸咖啡于2020年爆出3.1亿美元(约24.18亿港元)收入造假丑闻，同年6月被迫退出纳斯达克市场，其后并须支付约1.8亿美元的罚款。该集团的存托凭证(ADR)继续在场外交易。报道称，股东大钲资本(Centurium Capital)入主后，瑞幸已明显反弹，超越星巴克(Starbucks)成为内地最大咖啡零售商，目前计划在美国市场进一步扩张发展。
CNBC报道称，瑞幸咖啡日前在厦门总部举行一场活动，郭谨一表示：“在市政府指导下，正积极推进在美国主板重新上市进程”。重新上市过程一旦完成，将有助提升厦门在全球商业与投资中的地位。
公司称，瑞幸咖啡会持续关注美国资本市场，但目前对于重返主板上市没有确定的时间表，现阶段的首要任务仍是践行公司的业务战略、聚焦发展。
瑞幸咖啡二季度纯利12.5亿元人民币，按年升44%；净营收123.59亿元，按年增长47%。截至6月底全球店铺数目26206间。
大钲资本据报竞购Costa Coffee
另外，外电引述消息人士称，大钲资本正考虑竞购可口可乐(Coca-Cola)旗下英国咖啡营运商Costa Coffee，后者估值约10亿英镑。可口可乐于2019年以39亿英镑收购Costa Coffee。
