On November 6, QINGCI GAMES (06633) announced that its contractually controlled entity, Chengdu Qingci Interactive Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chengdu Qingci"), has entered into a game licensing agreement with Walt Disney (China) Limited ("Disney"). Under the agreement, Chengdu Qingci obtained the rights to develop and publish the game "Disney: Tale of Realms" based on Disney and Pixar intellectual properties for a three-year term starting from the game's release date. The game is expected to launch sequentially across mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and South Korea from 2026.
"Disney: Tale of Realms" combines card-based combat and idle management gameplay elements, featuring a game world inspired by Disney and Pixar films. Players will encounter iconic characters such as Elsa from "Frozen," Captain Jack Sparrow from "Pirates of the Caribbean," and Woody from "Toy Story." The game allows players to customize unique buildings, engage in simulation management, collect diverse characters, and participate in strategic battles through social and team-based gameplay.
