BJ SPORTS & ENT (01803) announced that Mr. Liu Xueheng has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer due to personal health reasons. He has been re-designated from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Hu Yebi, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Chairman, and Mr. Zhang Su has been appointed as an Executive Director. These changes will take effect from April 17, 2026.
