Addvalue Technologies Ltd announced that between Dec, 22 2025 and Dec, 23 2025, holders of its convertible loan notes and free detachable warrants converted 29 million notes and exercised 29 million warrants, resulting in the issue of 58 million new ordinary shares.

The converted notes carried an aggregate principal of about 0.377 million Singapore dollars and, together with the warrants, had been allotted to restricted persons after shareholder approval on Mar, 6 2024.

The new shares will start trading on the Singapore Exchange Mainboard on Dec, 31 2025, increasing the company’s share count to 3,490,192,675 from 3,432,192,675 and enlarging its paid-up share capital to roughly 122.366 million Singapore dollars. The 58 million shares represent 1.66% of the enlarged share base.

Proceeds of approximately 0.377 million Singapore dollars from the warrant exercises will be used for working-capital needs, including payroll and general administrative expenses. No additional proceeds arise from the note conversions, as the funds were received at the time of note issuance.
