FIN STREET SEC (01476): Yin Guohong Appointed as Executive Director

FIN STREET SEC (01476) announced that, following approval at an extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Yin Guohong has been appointed as an executive director of the fifth-term board, while Mr. Xie Xin has been named a non-executive director and Mr. Qi Liang an independent non-executive director. Their terms will commence from the date of the extraordinary general meeting and last until the end of the fifth-term board's tenure.

Concurrently, Mr. Li Ye has resigned as a non-executive director and member of the board's Strategy and Investment Committee, and Ms. Yang Qin has stepped down as a non-executive director, both effective from the date of the extraordinary general meeting.

Separately, the company held an employee representative assembly on November 25, 2025, which approved the appointment of Mr. Zhou Lijun as an employee representative director (non-executive director) of the fifth-term board. His term will run from November 25, 2025, until the conclusion of the board's tenure.

At the 34th interim board meeting, the board resolved to appoint Ms. Yu Lei as vice president and chief financial officer, effective from the meeting date until the end of the fifth-term board's tenure. Mr. Yin Guohong, the company's president, will no longer serve as acting CFO from the date of the 34th interim board meeting.
